Open Question: Choosing a college? Suggestions?

If somebody could make a list of colleges I should check out, here are some of my standards: -15,000+ students -Not in Wisconsin, anywhere in the southeast, or Tennessee, Kentucky, or Kansas -Nice dorm rooms -Nice campus -Preferably in Minnesota or somewhere like Minnesota....
