Open Question: I'm 15 and have never had a boyfriend. Is there any hope for me?

Hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to answer! I am a 15 year old Indian (as in from India) girl living in Kentucky. My school has 15 kids of different ethnicities other than white in the entire student body of some 2,560 kids. I have never dated thanks to my ultra stict Indian parents saying that I can't. What worries me, however, is that I will never get a boyfriend. People tell me I'm pretty all the time. Guys compliment me on my hair, clothing, and looks sometimes. I have had guys flirt with me and stuff like that, although it never seems to go further than that. I've only had two guys ask me for my nbr before. I think that there may be a few reasons as to this. First of all, my school isn't very ethnic, so interracial dating is verrrrryyyy occasional. As of now, there are only four interacial couples between mixed black guys and white girls and mexican guys and white girls. Also, I live in a very republican/moderately area/extremely christian area so I think that guys might not ask me out due to my differences. Next, Im not allowed to date. I've had guys ask me why I can't date and what type of guy I would want to marry and things like that. Third, social status dictates who dates who so much in my school that it's riduculous! I have a normal social status and all the guys I get cozy with are extremely popular so I think that might be one reason they dont ask me out. Another reason is that I am not in any extracurriculars so its hard for me to meet guys. Therefore, I dont have many guy friends either. Knowing this, do you think that I will ever get asked out and have a long term relationship with a great guy? I'm smart, kind, mildly immature, and sensitive. Will guys ever find me attractive and want to date me? Will I get asked out in college seeing as I'm only a sophmore in highschool? Why do you think I've never been asked out?
